If we have picked up your pet, you can come and claim your pet from our facility located in Glendale, AZ at 5220 W. Luke Ave Ste. 16, Glendale, AZ 85301.
In the event we cannot locate the owners, the stray dog is taken to Maricopa county animal control, located at 2500 S. 35th Avenue in Phoenix, where they will be held an additional 72 hours to give the owner a chance to claim their pet.
We do not pick up stray cats. Cats are considered free roaming animals by Arizona state law, and are not controlled like dogs. Cats are not required to be licensed or vaccinated at this time.
